Josh Zeidman is a Managing Director at Lazear Capital Partners (LCP), in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and ESOP practices. His focus is on traditional sell-side and ESOP transaction services for middle-market companies. His passion is shepherding clients through a successful transaction with effective communication and expectation setting.

Prior to joining LCP, Josh served as a Senior Manager at KPMG where he was responsible for leading one of the firm’s largest financial services clients and helping clients understand and navigate complex business transactions.

Josh completed his Masters of Accountancy at the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, where he graduated cum Laude. He also holds his Certified Public Accountant license. He is married wilh a wife, two children, Noah and Remi, and a dog, Reggie.

We are always seeking to get smarter together and knowledge share (collaborative). We, as a firm, are always moving forward, trying to create new products, being bespoke to our clients (dynamic), and, well, we try and have fun at work (fun).
