Michael Haber is an associate with Lazear Capital in the firm’s M&A and ESOP practice.

Prior to joining Lazear Capital, Michael was a Senior in the Audit and Assurance practice at Deloitte, where he served in a lead role on external audits for Fortune 1000,
mid-market private, and emerging growth companies, mainly focused in the manufacturing and renewable energy industries. Michael’s client serving experience includes SEC filings, purchase price accounting, and various technical accounting matters.

Michael is a graduate from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University, where he earned his BSBA in Accounting, magna cum laude, and Master of Accounting degrees. Michael holds a Certified Public Accountant license in Ohio.
