Glenn brings 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, with the past 20 years focused on commercial and corporate banking. His expertise and passion for advising middle-market companies have been the driving force behind his career.

After moving to Nashville, Glenn transitioned his focus to middle-market commercial banking with Bank of America, where he discovered a deep interest in understanding the journeys of local business owners—their growth, challenges, reactions, and ambitions. Later, in a leadership role with Oakworth Capital Bank, he helped establish a strong commercial presence in Nashville and the surrounding region. Known for going beyond traditional banking services, Glenn distinguished himself by supporting owners and management teams as they navigated growth and success.

Though he maintains strong ties to the Northeast and West, Glenn and his wife, Jennifer, chose Nashville to raise their family. They have two sons who are active in baseball, basketball, and soccer.

Glenn holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Suffolk University’s Sawyer School of Management.
