Paige has developed deep expertise in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance, using her experience to guide business owners through the ESOP transition process. With a strong track record in deal execution and financial strategy, she ensures each transition is managed efficiently and aligned with clients’ long-term goals.

Before joining Lazear, Paige was Vice President at Trailhead Capital, where she led acquisitions from due diligence through to post-close execution and integration. She oversaw FP&A and accounting for portfolio companies, managed cash flow and capital planning, and worked closely with banking partners. She also served as General Manager of a portfolio company, leading operational efficiencies to drive revenue growth.

Earlier at Tri-W Group, Paige led due diligence and financial analysis for manufacturing acquisitions, including valuation modeling, operational analysis, and capital structure planning. She began her career at L Brands, where she managed budget projections and sales forecasting for Bath & Body Works’ real estate strategy—work that sharpened her ability to translate financial data into strategic decisions.
