Brad Bennett is a Director at Lazear Capital Partners in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and ESOP practices, focusing on traditional sell-side and ESOP transaction services for middle-market companies. Brad is passionate about understanding his clients and their businesses to help guide them through successful transactions.

Before joining Lazear Capital, Brad was an Associate at Cyprium Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, where he focused on underwriting new investments and supporting portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Brad was a Manager in the Transaction Advisory Services group at RSM US LLP, focusing on buy-side and sell-side due diligence for middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He also served as an Audit Manager at KPMG LLP, executing financial statement audits for a Fortune 100 company.

Brad received his Master’s in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a B.A. in Business Management from Wittenberg University.
