Jason is a Managing Director with Lazear Capital where he is responsible for structuring, financial analysis, and navigating clients through each stage of an engagement. During his 10 years of industry and “Big Four” public accounting consulting experience, he has spent his career working on corporate Mergers & Acquisition structuring and federal, international, and state & local tax planning. In his professional capacity, Jason has lead strategic planning and due diligence on a diverse scope of “buy-side” and “sell-side” M&A deals ranging from small, family owned businesses to large-scale multinational public companies.

Prior to joining Lazear Capital, Jason served as a Senior Manager of Mergers & Acquisitions and International tax planning for a Fortune 15 company. He received his JD from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, and a BS, magna cum laude, in Economics from Bowling Green State University.
