Beginning as CFO, he rose through the ranks to become President and CEO, where he expertly guided the company through a period of exceptional growth, collaboration, and success. His efforts in establishing a professional and independent board of directors, coupled with his ability to make strategic acquisitions and seamlessly integrate diverse cultures, solidified Jeff’s reputation as a masterful team.
