Jeremy is a Managing Director at Lazear Capital and manages the Michigan market from LCP’s Detroit office. After spending over 15 years in middle market banking, he joined Lazear Capital Partners in 2017. His primary role at Lazear Capital Partners is acting as sell-side advisor to middle market business owners with a focus on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).  Since joining the firm, he has closed over $1 billion in sell-side transactions.

Jeremy has completed transactions in a variety of industries including IT, construction, manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and professional services. He is a member of The ESOP Association, Association for Corporate Growth, Truckload Carriers Asssociation, Construction Association of Michigan, and serves on the Board of Directors for the Michigan Employee Ownership Exchange.  Jeremy has presented

Jeremy received his MBA from the University of Michigan and his undergraduate Finance and Accounting degrees from Oakland University.
