Stephen is a Managing Director with Lazear Capital in the firm’s M&A and ESOP practices. His focus is on sell-side M&A and ESOP transactions for middle market companies.

Stephen has extensive M&A experience on the sell-side and buy-side as a trusted advisor to public and private companies across a wide range of industries. 

Before joining Lazear Capital, Stephen was a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he covered the technology, media, and telecommunications industries and advised clients on a variety of strategic and capital markets activities. His prior work experience also includes M&A execution at a Fortune 500 company and sell-side middle market investment banking. Stephen started his career in structured finance at PwC.

Stephen received his BSBA in Accounting from The Ohio State University and earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2017.
