Todd is a Managing Director with Lazear Capital Partners (LCP) and leads client engagements involving Sell-Side M&A, ESOP Formations and distressed company situations. With over 25 years of investment banking experience, Todd will focus on traditional sell-side transaction services for middle-market companies and private equity firms.

Todd joined LCP after ten years at the helm of his own merchant banking platform, Shaker Investment Partners (“Shaker”). While at Shaker, Mr. Goldman engaged in transaction work as both an advisor and a principal, as well as holding significant operating roles at portfolio companies. Prior to Shaker, Todd was a Vice President with KeyBanc Capital Markets (“KBCM”) in Cleveland. At KBCM, Mr. Goldman worked on a range of M&A advisory and capital raising assignments for middle market companies across a number of different industrial sub-sectors.

Todd came to KBCM from Wachovia Securities (nka Wells Fargo Securities) where he was a Vice President in the Corporate Finance department in Charlotte. He joined Wachovia Securities after completing his MBA at the Goizueta Business School (Emory University) in Atlanta. Todd also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
